Description of Euphorbia polychroma Candy - Gold-Wolfsmilch

(Syn. E. p. 'Purpurea') Kleiner, halbkugelförmiger Strauch, dunkler im Aussehen als die Art. Das Laub nimmt im Frühling einen purpurnen Farbton an und die Blüten, die beim Typus gelbgrün sind, haben bei dieser Sorte orangefarbene Reflexe. Eine gute Pflanze für den Kiesgarten, Böschungen oder Steingärten. In unserem Garten war diese Wolfsmilch nie so leuchtend wie im Schatten einer großen Birke im Steingarten.
